Questions people usually ask
- What does each spice level actually mean?
- Mild is barely warm. Medium is about like a jalapeño. Hot has real heat. Red Hot is our strongest and we mean it. Any level costs 50 cents.
- Why do toppings cost money on some ramen but not others?
- Chicken, Steak, Mixed and Salmon Ramen already come fully loaded, so those toppings are part of the price. Veggie Ramen and Fusion Ramen start plain and cost less, so you pay for each thing you add.
- What is suya? What is jollof?
- Suya is a West African spice blend. It's smoky and a little peanutty, not necessarily hot. Jollof is our seasoned tomato rice. Neither is spicy unless you add spice.
- What's the difference between a Bowl and a Power Bowl?
- Same food. The Bowl is 32 oz and the Power Bowl is 24 oz for a few dollars less. Power Bowl is a normal lunch. Bowl is a big meal or enough to share.
- Is the chicken halal?
- Yes, all our chicken is halal certified. Anything marked Vegan has no animal products.
- Can I add a drink or a tea?
- Yes, just ask when you pick up. Our fusion teas rotate weekly, so we'll tell you what's on that day.
- Can I change my order after I lock it in?
- Yes. Tap Change my order to unlock it, as long as the group order is still open.
- Do you deliver?
- This form is pickup only. For delivery, order through DoorDash.
